The Bluemont Experience

On the Bluemont Experience, you will get a taste of everything Bluemont has to offer. You work your way up the mountain along Snickersville Turnpike, America’s first historic toll road. The Bluemont Experience is the only Cork and Keg Tours Experiences that allows your entire party to maintain individual tabs, allowing ultimate flexibility for everyone to move at their own pace while exploring Bluemont's wineries.

You start your day at Good Spirit Farm, one of Loudoun County’s newest wineries, opening their doors in the spring of 2023. You have the option for a White or Red flight, or elevate your experience by doing a guided tasting at the bar or seated at your table. The tasting room has a large back porch with stunning Blue Ridge Mountain Views just behind the rolling hills of their vineyard. Walk the grounds and have a photo shoot in the vines, play a game of cornhole, or simply sit on the back porch with a glass of wine and take in the views.

After you leave Good Spirit Farm, you move up the mountainside to Bluemont Station Brewery and Winery, situated on the historic Whitehall Estate, former home of George Washington’s brother. You can explore the historic colonial mansion with hundred year old oak trees and beautiful large columns, grab lunch with a flight at one of the many picnic tables, or sit in an Adirondack chair by a fire pit. Bluemont Station has a large list of delicious craft beers, and they have flights available with homemade craft beer, wine, sangria, or seltzer.

Finally at the last stop you arrive at the top of the mountain to Bluemont Vineyard. Poised above Snicker’s Gap, the 951 Tasting Room is named after its elevation at 951 feet above sea level. On clear days you will see for miles from the large patio behind the winery, with quaint small town farms and mills dotting the landscape beneath the mountain. Enjoy an elevated experience with either their seasonal or standard guided wine tasting, explore on your own with a flight, or simply grab glass of wine with a flatbread pizza while you take in the stunning panoramic mountaintop views.
