From making reservations at each venue to assisting with lodging and dining options, they create a full experience for every guest.   • Tours are for guests 21 and over- NO EXCEPTIONS, no pets.

  • NEW! Pickup/drop off at ALL Loudoun County Silver Line Metro Stations!

  • Luxurious transportation in our Mercedes Sprinter, seats 13 adults

  • Two 40” HD TV screens for custom slideshows

  • Customized music playlist ​

  • Iced water provided

  • USB and regular outlets for phone charging 

  • Sparkling wine bar and a chiller area for additional beverages (no hard alcohol allowed)

What Concierge Services

are Included?

We will:

​

  • Make reservations at each venue

  • Create personalized playlists

  • Upload your customized slideshow

  • Pour & refill drinks

  • Serve lunch (from the venue menu, charcuterie, or food you choose to bring*)

  • Handle the food & beverage fees on site**

  • Assist you with making and storing purchases (wine, growlers, etc.)

  • Take plenty of pictures throughout the day, then edit and email to each guest

  • Upon request, we're happy to arrange dinner/brunch reservations & assist with hotel or bed & breakfast accommodations (we have several partners offering special deals)

  • Concierge Plus package for $100 includes obtaining quotes for lodging, arranging excursions and experiences beyond the tour (makeovers, spa, golf, etc.) Fee collected with deposit

* No hot or liquidy foods please, all in secure containers. some wineries do not allow outside food so keep please notify us if you'd like to bring food 

** Beverages, lunch and any additional food purchases are not included in the tour rate unless other stated.

What are the Different 

Tour Options?

Private Tour 2024 rates

​

1- 6 guests: $1,050 flat rate

​

 7-13 guests: $175 per person

​

$250 deposit at time of reservation (applied to the tour balance), balance due for tour, food and beverages consumed onsite collected at the end of the tour, separate checks are not allowed. 

Tours reserved within 14 days of the tour date will be charged for the tour in full (in accordance with our cancellation policy conditions)- gratuity, upgrades and onsite charges will be charged at the end of the tour. 
 

  • food and beverages at venues not included in tour rate

  • Sparkling wine toast to start the day, chilled water always available in our Sprinter

  • One Private pick up/drop off location in Loudoun County**

  • Choice of 2-3 venues within a cluster- production/vineyard tours may be possible upon request, additional charges by venue may apply***

  • Customized slideshow upon request

  • Special occasion decoration packages for $15

  • Karaoke upgrade for $15

  • We add an automatic 20% gratuity to all tours (not included in the tour rate)- our team will provide you not only with safe, luxurious transportation but also deliver full concierge services throughout the day. If you feel your Concierge Team Members did not meet your expectations, please let us know!

among other areas outside of Loudoun County. Please contact us to confirm pick up possibility and fees beyond Loudoun PRIOR to booking.

*** Production/vineyard tours are not offered at all venues, and may not be available on high season Saturdays, holidays or if they have staffing challenges.

How much should we expect to spend on food and beverages?

​

Bottle service, self-guided tastings, glasses and flights are available depending on the venue. Rates vary and may include per person minimums or reservation fees. Tasting sharing is not allowed or discouraged at all venues.

​

As we put together your day with us, we will work with you to choose locations the best fit the experience you are looking for based on ambience, beverage preferences and party size.

​

Wine tastings/flights range from $20 - $35, chef's food/wine pairing experiences (exquisite and worth every dollar!) up to $75, before tax & gratuity.   

​​

Beer flights/pints typically vary between $10-$20.  

​

Our guests enjoy special rates & upgrades at our partner wineries & breweries. Most guests spend an average of $120 -$140 on food and beverages  throughout the day- we can create itineraries to work within a per person budget if you would like customize an all-inclusive experience.

How Long are Tours & Where are We Going?

 

Tours last for up to 6 hours and include visits to up to three venues. 

​

 

Private Tours include a Loudoun County pick up** at the location of your choice. We'll work with you to create a wonderful itinerary that suites your preferences from wine styles to type of atmosphere.

​

Here is a typical day:

 

• 11am- departure from the pick up location  (flexible on start/end times within a 6 hour period)

• 11:30am-  first venue, lunch here

• 1:30pm-  second venue

• 3pm- third venue

• 5pm- drop off at pick up location

​

**Pick up/drop off options outside out Loudoun County may be possible depending on requested location. Additional fee for tolls, gas and time may apply.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

​

​

All venues reserve and may enforce the right to deny entry to anyone exhibiting signs of illness, including but not limited to sneezing, coughing, fever, etc.  

 

Anyone exhibiting these or other signs of illness will not be allowed to participate in a tour with Cork & Keg Tours. Masks may be required in common areas, bathrooms, etc. depending on venue rules.

​

CAKT's cancellation policy: 30 days or more notice will receive deposit back minus $20 processing fee, unless itinerary planning has begun more than 30 days in advance of the tour.

 

The deposit becomes non-refundable when itinerary planning begins, or within 15- 29 days of the tour date. Full tour rate will be charged 14 prior to the tour date and is non-refundable. Gratuity, upgrades, and venue costs will be charged at the end of the tour.

​

Party size is finalized 14 days prior to your tour date for parties of 7 or more. You may add guests up to our 13 adult capacity at any time; decrease in party size within 14 days of the tour may results in guest late cancellation fees.

Anything Else I Should Know?

 

Absolutely NO hard alcohol or tobacco products (smokeless included) or vaping, e-cigarettes, etc. allowed on our Sprinter. Many of the venues we visit are 100% tobacco and smoke free as well. Breaking these rules can result in the immediate end of the tour and potential restriction of reboarding our Sprinter. 

​

Plan on NOT driving after the tour if you are drinking alcohol. Please allow us the pleasure of assisting you with lodging options in Loudoun County with one of our many BnBs, resort or hotel partners, or plan on having a designated sober driver for transportation after the tour.

​

Decorations: we provide lovely decorations, no need to bring any of your own. The decorations are ours, the memories are yours! $15 restock fee for removal or excessive damage to decorations. Also, please leave the balloons at home- many venues don't allow them, so we discourage them on board as well.  

  ​

Bringing Food: many wineries and some breweries no longer allow outside food- they either offer light fare options (cheese, meats, baguettes, chocolates, etc.), or have a full kitchen with a variety of wonderful meal options. Eating is not allowed in our Sprinter, but we will gladly serve any food you bring to you at the venues that allow outside food on the premises. We have excellent partners to provide high end lunch and nibbles- just ask!

We are all about having a fabulous time but drunkenness will ruin your fun! Drink water, enjoy the variety of food available at each venue, pace yourself to enjoy the first & last taste of the trip.

ABC regulations

- Outside alcohol cannot be consumed on the premises of- including inside of our vehicle once on site- or brought into any venues on the tour. 

​- ID is required at all venues no matter if you look 21 or 81!

-  Overserving is not allowed. Inebriated guests will be asked to leave the premises, and also will not allowed back into our Sprinter. Should someone in your party become too intoxicated, unruly or uncooperative to be allowed into or to remain at a venue, they will be removed from the tour and required to arrange for alternate transportation off the premises. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE, pace yourself to enjoy- and remember- every moment!​

 

There is a minimum $1,000 clean up/damage fee charged on site for any sickness, beyond average mess, or damage to the Sprinter. 

​​

Should the damages exceed $1,000 or Cork & Keg Tours is unable to fulfill another tour commitment due to mess/damage caused, the depositor and/or responsible party will cover the repair/cleaning and lost income costs incurred, to include (but not limited to) tour cost, lost deposits, and 20% tour gratuity. 

​​
