Blue Wall Cider & Wine is thoughtfully curated by Justin & Casey Wisch. Forged from their passion for farming, community, food and wine, they began offering small-batch cider and wine. The orchard, production facility, and tasting area are nestled in the heart of Long Stone Farm, surrounded by the historic farmhouse and Civil War-era bank barn. Paying homage to a past farm name, ‘Blue Wall’ describes the farm’s westerly view of Short Hill Mountain.
