The Cottage is a special home-stay bed and breakfast set on a 48 acre 1790’s farm, located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains.  We are in the heart of Northern Virginia horse, wine and brewery country.  Just 2 miles south of the Village of Hillsboro, VA and 3 miles north of the Village of Round Hill, VA, we are only 1 hour from Washington, D.C., 30 minutes from Dulles Airport, 30 minutes from route 81, and 7 miles from downtown Purcellville, VA.
