West Brandywine HOA Loudoun Wine Week

Have you been waiting for your opportunity to get out and explore DC's Wine Country, well here is your chance! The West Brandywine HOA is teaming up with Cork and Keg Tours to whisk you off to Loudoun County for two days of indulging in local craft wine, beer, and cuisine on May 7th & 8th.

What to Expect:

Exclusivity: This event is exclusively for members of the West Brandywine HOA and their guests, with private transportation, and a dedicated space at each stop for your group to sit and relax.
Point to Point Transportation: We provide convenient pickup at 11:00am and drop off at 5:00pm at the Homewood Suites Hotel in Leesburg Virginia on both Wednesday and Thursday.
Refreshments: Complimentary bottled water, sparkling water, and snacks will be available on the bus. Loudoun County visitors guide and craft beverage guides are also available.
Dedicated Tour Concierge: From start to finish, our Tour Concierge is with your group to answer questions, take pictures, and ensure every detail is taken care of for your group.
Easy All-Inclusive Price: One price that includes your lunch, transportation, and tasting fees at every stop over two days: $395 per guest. You can sign up as many guests as you like! Act fast to secure your spot, because we have limited capacity with a max of 32 guests.

Where are we going?

Wednesday

Williams Gap Vineyard: Williams Gap is a family owned vineyard nestled on 200 acres in Round Hill with the Blue Ridge Mountains in the distance. They are blessed with ideal soils and climate suited to many varietals, with 30+ acres under vine; including Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Merlot grapes. Williams Gap also recently started brewing their own beer, and they have a wonderful lunch menu featuring sandwiches, salads, and flatbreads. At Williams Gap your party will be participating in a guided tasting with lunch.
Zephaniah Farm Vineyard: On this working farm vineyard, they emphasize the importance of working together as a family, with every family member contributing in some way to their award winning vintages. At Zephaniah your party will participate in a Guided Tasting and Tour of the property with the owners, learning about their philosophy on winemaking and hearing stories about the history of their family and property.
Walsh Family Wine: Walsh Family Wine is a family-owned and -operated Virginia winery, which produces vineyard-specific wines from their sites throughout Loudoun County, Virginia. Founded in 2014, Sarah and Nate Walsh are firmly dedicated to the production of premium Virginia wines. The Walsh Family chose this journey because of the potential they saw in their vineyard sites, and the ability to create wines which pulse with the distinctiveness and elegance of the rocky hills of Loudoun County, Virginia. Their intention is to grow wines in a healthy, balanced manner, and to explore the personalities and nuances of their vineyards. At Walsh Family Wine your party can either do a a self guided flight, or simply grab a glass of wine while you enjoy the scenery.

Thursday

Bluemont Station Brewery & Winery: Bluemont Station is located at the historic Whitehall Manor, the former home of George Washington's brother, and more recently a beautiful venue for weddings and private events. Members of your party can order flights of wine, beer, sangria, or homemade hard seltzer, and with an excellent food menu, you can be sure that there is something for everyone!
Good Spirit Farm Winery: One of Loudoun County's newest wineries, Good Spirit Farm first opened their doors in the spring of 2023. This winery boasts a large tasting room and a stunning vista of the blue ridge mountains behind the rolling hills of their vineyard. Enjoy their estate grown Chardonnay, Petit Manseng, Cab Sauvignon, Cab Franc, and Petit Verdot. Your party can either do a full guided tasting with the owners and winemakers, or if you prefer you can do a self guided flight, or simply grab a glass of wine while you enjoy the views.
Bluemont Vineyards: One of Loudoun County's most famous wineries, due to their absolutely spectacular views. Bluemont Vineyard is a family farm, with plenty of white, red, or rose varietals to chose from. Your party can either do a full guided tasting, or if you prefer you can do a self guided flight, or simply grab a glass of wine while you enjoy the world class mountain views.

Step by Step Instructions:

When you click "Reserve Your Seat", you will be brought to the below checkout screen. Simply enter the number of guests you are paying for, fill out your contact info, and select May 7th. After you click "continue", you will be prompted to enter your card details.

After submitting your payment, you will be prompted to sign a digital waiver. This waiver is required for all participants, and takes no more than 2 minutes to fill out. After you sign your waiver you are all set, just stay tuned for updates for your event via email, and we will see you out in Wine Country soon!
